Under FREE HOSTING, we only accept public websites with real and quality content. Bots, API, test websites, password protected websites or any other private website, which is not opened to public, all these are strictly forbidden and lead to account termination.

You may upgrade for just $1/month to remove these restrictions.

Rules and Regulations

1. No illegal materials or links to illegal activities! Respect copyright laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution or use of illegal software, hacking, cracking, shell scripts, unlicensed software or any other harmful activity. Phishing, fraud websites are strictly prohibited. Do not upload or distribute copyrighted material without permission.
2. No gambling, casinos, clickbait or scam-related content. This includes free coin schemes, Ponzi schemes and any form of web scam.
3. Adult materials are forbidden without exception. Your account will be immediately closed if found in violation.
4. Bots, API, Private (password protected) or testing websites are not allowed for free hosting. You may upgrade for a small fee to run private projects or test scripts.
5. Traffic farms, scripts that can attract bad traffic and artificially generated traffic are forbidden. This includes, but not limited to, proxy sites, chat/irc software, torrent or any other p2p application, game scripts, gateways (redirect visitors elsewhere) etc.
6. Streaming (e.g. mp3/mp4 players, radio stations, IPTV), download related or storage websites (large files including images) without real web traffic are forbidden. You may upgrade to run such a website.
7. No hate, defamatory or offensive content. This includes anti-racial, terrorism, or drug-related materials.
8. Do not block or hide ads. If you deliberately block, hide the ads or for some other reason our ads are not displayed correctly or your own ads are excessive, we can't host you for free. If you want to remove ads, you may upgrade for a small fee.
9. Resource abuse is not allowed. Accounts using excessive CPU/RAM may be suspended until the issue is resolved or, for big abuse, terminated without prior warning.
10. SPAM is not tolerated. Accounts found spamming will be immediately disabled. Due to many past abuses, php mail() is no longer enabled for free users. It is immediately available for upgraded (paid) accounts.

We reserve the right to delete/suspend any account, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Suspended accounts can be reinstated ONLY if you pay a penalty fee. Please do not abuse!

FREE accounts with no web traffic for 1-3 months may be removed without notice. This rule won't apply for PAID accounts, they will never be deleted.

As a free service we make no guarantee, but we do the best possible to offer an excellent service. We do backups for all accounts, but for safety reasons it is recommended to have your own backups. We are not responsible if you lose something due to server crash or by our negligence.

At this time, we don't use cookies to collect data about our visitors. We respect your privacy and we won't sell your data (e.g., email) to third-party agencies! Email addresses are stored for internal purposes, to communicate with the account owner if any problem occurs.

By submitting a web page to FreeWebHostingArea.com or any other web page hosting service on our network, you grant FreeWebHostingArea.com a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within the FreeWebHostingArea.com Network. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. This term will extend only for the duration of the user's membership with the particular FreeWebHostingArea.com service. In the event that such membership is terminated, FreeWebHostingArea.com will relinquish all rights to the user's content following the duration of any applicable promotional activities ongoing at the time the membership is terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior at our sole discretion. Accounts deleted or suspended for terms infringement can be restored from backups (if they are still available) for a fee, with the written promise that you won't abuse again.

FreeWebHostingArea.com FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING THESE MEMBERS.
