Welcome to FreeWebHostingArea.com!!! Before you create your first page here, please be sure you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Members who do not comply with our rules and regulations may find the entire web site suspended or deleted, possibly without prior notice.

The interpretation of these guidelines is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revise our terms at any time, without notice.

ATTENTION!! Because many people are asking us why their account was closed as nothing on their site was illegal. Under FREE HOSTING we only accept public websites with real and quality web content.

Private projects, API, test websites, password protected websites or any other private website, which is not opened to public, all these are strictly forbidden and lead to account termination. You may, however, upgrade for just $1/month.

1. No illegal materials or links to illegal activities!!! This includes but is not limited to distribution/use of illegal software, hacking, cracking, shell scripts or any other harmful activity. No phishing, fraud, scam websites!!! Do not install unlicensed scripts, e.g. nulled vBulletin, IPB etc. You're not allowed to use hacking tools or encoded php scripts for hacking purposes. Once discovered, your site will be immediately terminated and your activity reported to proper authorities.

2. Adult materials are forbidden without exception, including paid plans! Your account will be immediately closed.

3. No gambling, no casino, no free coins schemes (e.g. free coin faucets), no ponzi schemes, no hyip or any other way to trick visitors and make them lose money. Any form of web SCAM will not be tolerated and account is immediately closed.

4. Private or testing websites (password-protected without public web content) are not allowed for free hosting. You may upgrade for a small fee if you want to run your private project or test your personal scripts.

Storage/download related sites are also forbidden for free hosting. You may not use your web space for 'data warehousing', using our space as storage for large files (including images) which are only linked from other sites. You don't have these restrictions if you upgrade the account.

5. Traffic farms (auto generated traffic), clickbait, autosurf, scripts that can attract bad traffic (e.g. proxy sites, chat/irc software, torrent or any other p2p application, game scripts etc.), gateways (redirect visitors elsewhere), streaming related (e.g. radio stations, iptv) and generally any api/bot, artificially generated traffic, are all forbidden!!!

6. You may not use your web space to provide materials or links to materials that are grossly offensive to the Web community. No hate, defamatory, anti-racial, terrorism, drugs related sites or any similar content.

No politics, no propaganda, no personal disputes. We want to make this a clean and nice place.

7. Our services are completely free. In return, a backlink to our site is automatically inserted after some time and trying to hide our ads is not fair! If you deliberately block, hide the ads or for some other reason our ads are not displayed correctly or your own ads are excessive, we can't host you for free. If you want to remove the ads, you may upgrade for a small fee, also gaining the right to run any kind of site, without restrictions (e.g. to have real web traffic), as long as content is legal and not xxx related.

8. In rare situations, old, vulnerable or not optimized scripts may use resources (CPU/RAM) to such an extent that service performance is seriously affected. In these cases, FreeWebHostingArea.com reserves the right to immediately suspend the account until the issue is solved.
 
9. Due to many past abuses, php mail() is no longer enabled for free users. It is immediately available for upgraded (paid) accounts. In the near future, on request, it may be enabled for free, for established sites with quality content.

SPAM is not tolerated and account will be immediately disabled.

10. You may not copy or reproduce any page, image or other content without the express prior consent of the original copyright owner of that content. Your account will be suspended until copyright issue is resolved. Contact us first, if you intend to upload questionable content.

11. Your free account must have web traffic. After some time of inactivity (1-3 months), account may be deleted without warning. Any free account with a large amount of data (100MB+) needs at least 1 visit per day, else it may be closed, as storing files and having no web traffic is forbidden under free hosting! All sites must have a relevant index file on root, else you are suspected of cheating and account may be disabled. These restrictions have no effect for paid accounts.

We reserve the right to delete/suspend any account, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Suspended accounts can be reinstated ONLY if you pay a penalty fee. Please do not abuse!
 

As a free service, we make no guarantee but we do the best possible to offer an excellent service. We do backups for all accounts, but for safety reasons it is recommended to have your own backups. We are not responsible if you lose something due to server crash or by our negligence.

At this time we don't use cookies to collect data about our visitors. We respect your privacy and we won't sell your data (e.g. email) to third party agencies! Email addresses are stored for internal purposes, to communicate with the account owner if any problem occurs.
 
By submitting a web page to FreeWebHostingArea.com or any other web page hosting service on our network, you grant FreeWebHostingArea.com a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted license to use, copy, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, create compilations including, and distribute such web page, and any associated content, for the limited purposes of publishing and promoting the user's web page in connection with the particular service with which the user has chosen to have the web page hosted and for publishing and promoting such web page elsewhere within the FreeWebHostingArea.com Network. Such license shall apply with respect to any form, media, or technology now known or later developed. This term will extend only for the duration of the user's membership with the particular FreeWebHostingArea.com service. In the event that such membership is terminated, FreeWebHostingArea.com will relinquish all rights to the user's content following the duration of any applicable promotional activities ongoing at the time the membership is terminated.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any site due to inappropriate behavior at our sole discretion. Accounts deleted or suspended for terms infringement can be restored from backups (if they are still available) for a fee, with the write promise that you won't abuse again.
 
FreeWebHostingArea.com FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES REGARDING THESE MEMBERS.
